I first found your blog and then your Writers Remember stuff and I’m so glad I did. Thanks for your efforts on behalf of writers. I’m coming off of a prolonged period spent writing for money and not for joy. The perils of such work are many.
– Wendy Hoke, Writer/Editor
The site looks great! I love the header graphic of books piled up. Looks a bit like my house. In the meantime I bookmarked the site and will be back!

Writer, editor and web mistress Julia Temlyn has created a lovely site aimed at reminding writers why they started writing in the first place. It’s called Writers Remember. She recognizes we often sell at least part of our souls as we write what others want us to write – mostly in order to get paid. But, she suggests at her site, we all need to get back to our passion.
The site has the usual resources, links and what-have-you, but it also has essays an articles by writers writing what they want to write.
It’s a lovely place to hang out a bit when you want a break from the fray.
