We are a community of writers who have, at one time or another, experienced burn-out from the demands of the freelance writing world. We understand the importance of taking time to cultivate our creativity and not forget to write creatively to keep our creative juices flowing, lest we come to resent writing altogether.
Whether you’re interested in contributing as a one-time guest blogger, or want to join our team, we’d love to hear from you!
We are always looking for submissions about the writing life:
- inspirational quotes
- anecdotes
- writing prompts
- poetry
- journaling/articles from a writer’s perspective, especially those having to do with their passion for writing
- personal experiences
- interviews
- info on the latest markets
Please contact us and let us know if you would be interested in helping out in any way.
We have received numerous e-mails from people who believe that it is time for a website like this. Our team is in this for the love of it, because it concerns us to see so many writers who are discouraged. We know that writing for free or low payments is not always looked upon very highly, but this endeavor does not require much time in researching and writing, and is more like journaling, freeing one’s thoughts.
Current Needs:
Articles: These can be about anything that would interest a writer, including personal journaling, personal experiences, informative pieces, editorials, essays.
Regular columns and columnists: Feel free to pitch a column idea.
Reviews of books, films, website links, etc., about the writing & reading craft and passion
Writing prompts & exercises
Quotes, anecdotes, and/or experiences about the writing life
Other short or long inspirational tidbits
