March Prompts

5 March 2009 177 views No Comment

Scouting the Internet, I found several great links for writing prompts. Sometimes all you need is something to get you started. If you’re stuck, try one of these sites to spark your creativity!

March prompts from The Teachers Corner

Virginia Donahue of Homeschool Blogger offers a download for her prompt calendar.

Here’s a list from James Wayne of Teacher.net.

Chris Dunmire offers some creativity prompts here.

Of course, Googling “spring writing prompts” will give you many, many more sources to search.

Have fun! And don’t forget to write, even when it seems like spring is buried beneath mounds of snow…

Pattie blames her dad for her love of words. She’s been reading and writing since childhood, and loves the smell of books. She used to save her allowance to buy books, and remembers coveting purple pens at the office supply store. All of this word-love led to her original career choice of English teacher, which she did for over ten years. In addition to her work at Writers Remember, Pattie reviews for the Christian Fiction Blog Alliance and writes about books at Bookworm's Nook on Dot Com Women's network of blogs. She is also a member of American Christian Fiction Writers. Pattie also serves as a moderator on the Women at Home message board and writes the occasional blog article for the military wives support group Wives of Faith. She is the proud wife of an Air Force chaplain and mother of two girls, ages 12 and 9. Her blog is found at http://freshbrewedwriter.blogspot.com
